Theorie Oefenen Auto

Theorie Oefenen Auto prepares for the Dutch car theory exam and is entirely in Dutch. You set the date you are sitting the exam and how many questions a day you want, and the app spreads the material across the days you have left; what you get wrong comes back, at widening intervals, until it stops being wrong.

The 412 questions are written here against the RVV 1990 and the Wegenverkeerswet 1994, both published Dutch traffic law, and each answer names the article it rests on. Nothing is copied from an examining body: there is no exam material in the app, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the CBR. Alongside the questions are all 66 road signs, redrawn as SVG and searchable by name, by legend or by code, and fifty hazard-perception scenes drawn for the app.

It is offline in the strict sense. The Android package declares no permissions, a config plugin removes INTERNET from the merged manifest, and the lint rules forbid fetch, XMLHttpRequest and WebSocket outright. Fifteen questions and the sign book are free; after that one payment of €9.99 opens everything, including the mock exam, for sixty days. No subscription, no account, no advertising.

Is this the official CBR theory exam?

No. It is independent practice material and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the CBR. No exam question from any examining body is in the app, and a result here counts for nothing anywhere.
