Every answer carries a why-right and why-wrong explanation, so getting one wrong teaches something instead of only costing a mark. The exam simulator follows the real per-category rules, including the exact-set multi-select questions that catch people out on the day.
Practice, FSRS spaced repetition and the mistake bank all work offline. A Romanian-language tutor is grounded in the app's own theory and legal text and runs on an EU-hosted model. The app is unofficial and not affiliated with DRPCIV.
