RoboMiri Analytics measures a website without setting a cookie. That is the whole design: no cookie means no consent banner to click, because nothing is stored on the visitor that consent would be required for.

It builds no cross-site profile and identifies nobody. It is hosted in the European Union and was written against the GDPR rather than retrofitted to it afterwards.

It is the measurement layer underneath the rest of the RoboMiri portfolio, which is both the reason it exists and the reason it is honest about what it collects. It is available to other sites, and there is a free tier.

Why does cookieless analytics not need a consent banner?

A banner is required for storing or reading information on a visitor's device for non-essential purposes. Setting no cookie, and building no cross-site profile, removes the thing consent would be for.
