Mijn Kapper

Mijn Kapper is one platform for a Dutch salon rather than a website, a booking tool, a till and a CRM sold separately. The website and booking page are part of the same system, so a customer chooses the service, the stylist and the time without a phone call, and the appointment is in the agenda everyone works from.

The parts that cost a salon money are the parts it takes seriously. An iDEAL deposit can be required for a first visit or an expensive treatment and is kept when somebody does not turn up. Reminders go out by SMS and e-mail. At the till the deposit is settled against the bill automatically and the receipt is emailed.

The customer record keeps colour formulas, allergies and patch-test results, so a colleague can pick up the appointment without asking. Chair renters are kept as separate businesses, each with its own Mollie connection, its own 1% and its own €100 cap; the salon never sees their customers or turnover. The data sits in EU datacentres under a processing agreement.

1% of net turnover, capped at €100 per business per month. There is no fixed fee and no start-up cost, and a month with no turnover costs €0.

Does it work with chair renters?

Yes. Every chair renter is a separate business with its own Mollie connection, its own 1% fee and its own €100 cap. The salon does not see their customer data or turnover.

Can I move from Salonized, Treatwell or another system?

Yes. Customers, appointments and credit are imported free, and the first six months are at 0% while switching.

Where is the data stored?

In EU datacentres, under a data processing agreement. Customer data is never passed to third-party marketing.
